Cornelia Bean has teamed up with Winnipeg coffee roaster Black Pearl to provide our customers with the best small batch custom roasts with coffee beans from around the world. The selection of beans are made with our customers in mind and only the top 10% of Arabica beans in the world are purchased.

Cornelia Bean's coffees have a distinct clean, fresh flavour -- a result of using a unique fluid bed roasting process. That translates into a smooth, rich, very flavourful taste that is without any burnt edge. Our blended coffees for espresso and house blends have been fine-tuned with feedback from our customers.

We support fair trade principles and we carry several organic coffees from small cooperatives through our brokers when they can assure us the coffee cherries have been shade-grown under a bird friendly canopy.
