Iron Goddess Oolong

Otherwise known as Ti Kuan Yin, the Iron Goddess is a Chinese oolong. This traditional oolong has been rolled and oxidized to about 40%, and produces a mild nutty taste, with undertones of peach. This tea is caffeinated.
