Oolong
A leaf from the camellia sinensis plant that varies in oxidation. Oolong, also known as Blue Tea, is an artisan crafted tea that preserves the complete leaf. Oolong can be steeped multiple times. As the leaves slowly unfurl, the complex flavours of the tea change. Oolong ranges from aromatically green to dark and caramelized. We recommend using 1 tsp of tea per 8oz of 180°F water. Allow to steep between 3 and 5 minutes.
