Pu Erh Tea
A leaf from the camellia sinensis plant that is slightly oxidized, then stored to ferment. Pu Erh is stored anywhere from a few months to several years. This natural fermentation process provides the tea with a rich, earthy note and a mild caffeine content. We recommend using 1 tsp of tea per 8oz of 180°F water. Allow to steep for 4 minutes.
