Pu Erh Tea
A leaf from the camellia senensis plant that is slightly oxidized, then stored to ferment. PuErh is stored for periods of 3 months to years on end. This technique allows for natural fermentation to take place which enhances the flavour and health benefits of the tea. PuErh is minimally caffeinated. The general rule for measure is 1 tsp per cup and allowed to steep approximately 4 minutes.
