Kukicha is a Japanese Green Tea of organic production. During the production of Japanese sencha, the stems and stalks are sorted out and combined with the high-quality leaves to create Kukicha -- twig tea. Sencha leaves and stems are added to make this slightly sweet, honey-like infusion that is slightly lower in caffeine.
