Black Tea

A leaf from the camellia senensis plant that is well oxidized. Fully caffeinated and deliciously hearty. Black teas are best steeped with boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. The general rule for measure is 1 tsp per cup. 

Recommended steeping time: 3 to 5 minutes.

2nd Flush - "Diang Hong" One of the finest black teas from Yunnan, China. Harvested at the Yunnan-Guizho Plateau which is famous for being the oldest plantation. It is harvested in the 2nd flush period where only the finest leaves and buds are used which develop a fine-nutty natural flavour.
