This category contains all tisanes. From chamomile to peppermint to maté. There are regionally harvested herbs as well as exotic, all non caffeinated with exection of maté which is a stimulant. Steeping in boiling water works well with a steep time of 5-10 minutes. A general rule of measure is 1-2 tsp per cup depending on the weightlessness of the herb.
